Works as a sales manager for Beeson Industrial Sales in High Point, North Carolina. . . played in U.S. Amateurs in 1982 and ’87, did not make match play in either championship. . . also played in US Mid-Amateur in 1986 and ’87. . . has tried to qualify for the US Open twice, and this marks the first time he has tried to qualify for the U.S. Senior Open.
