S-21. Any player in his first five years of age eligibility who has won the U.S. Open Championship.

S-22. Any player turning 50 from the 2003 U.S. Senior Open date of minimum age eligibility (June 26, 2003) through this year's date of minimum age eligibility (July 29, 2004) who has won a U.S. Open, U.S. Amateur, Masters Tournament, British Open, British Amateur, or PGA Championship (one-time exemptions)
