Player Notes: Finished in 30th place at the end of 2004 on the European Seniors Tour Order of Merit… Best finish of the year came in the Travis Perkins Senior Masters, where he finished third…Joined the Tour in 1999 and made an immediate impact, finishing second behind Tommy Horton in his debut at the Beko Classic in Turkey…Won his first Seniors Tour title at the Elf Seniors Open in France that same year. Finished his rookie year in fifth place on the Seniors Tour Order of Merit, was 27th in 2000…Had two fourth place finishes, at the Digicel Jamaica Classic in association with Sony Ericsson and the Ryder Cup Wales Seniors Open in 2003…Prior to turning 50, he made regular visits to Europe. His first trip across the Atlantic came in 1974 when he finished 13th in the Open Championship at Royal Lytham & St Annes…In 1975 he also contended in the Open Championship at Carnoustie before a final round of 79 saw him slip to 16th place…Played the PGA Tour from 1975 to 1982, his best year being 1979 when he finished 42nd on the money list.
