Player notes: Ellenwood qualified for the first U.S. Senior Open in the first year that he was eligible�First alternate from the San Antonio, Texas qualifying site�This will be his first USGA championship�Won the 2006 Greater San Antonio Senior Championship�Won the Fair Oaks Club Championship in 2001 and 2002� Most memorable golf experience is playing Shinnecock Hills with his father�Lowest competitive 18-hole score is 67 shot at the Fair Oaks Ranch Club Championship in 2002�Married to wife Annette and has two children, Chip and Chelsea�Chip will caddie at the championship�Values the support that his family and friends give him on all of his challenges�Involved with the local Chamber of Commerce and the Seguin Noon Rotary Club.
