Eaks agreed to share his thoughts with the USGA as he went through the homecoming experience. On Sunday, sore knees and all, he shot a final-round 72 to finish the championship at 6-over-par 286.

Eaks has agreed to share his thoughts with the USGA he goes through the homecoming experience. On Saturday, he carded his first sub-par round of the championship, a 69, and is four-over total.

Eaks has agreed to share his thoughts with the USGA he goes through the homecoming experience. On Thursday, he opened the tournament with a 72. He followed with a 73 on Friday and is 5-over par for the tournament, 11 shots off the lead.

R.W. Eaks is a Colorado Springs native who spent his teenage years working at The Broadmoor as a caddie, greenskeeper and pro shop assistant. Eaks now lives in Arizona, but he has returned to the old neighborhood to compete this week in the U. S. Senior Open.
